Creating a donor account:

  1. Shoot a picture of the church’s custom QR code, follow a link on the church’s website, or browse directly to the church’s giving site (app.cristoplus.com/give/_______.
  2. On the donation screen that appears, click on the blue “log-in” link and enter your phone number.
  3. Within a few seconds, we’ll text you a 6-digit secure access code by SMS. Paste or type that one-time code into the box on your screen, and click “submit.”
  4. You’ll be prompted to enter your first and last name, along with your email address. Click submit again, and your new donor account will appear on your screen.

 

Accessing your donor account:

  1. Use one of the methods in (1.) above to access the giving screen.
  2. Follow the steps above to obtain and submit a secure access code.
  3. Your donor account will appear on your screen.

 

Making a donation from the church’s giving site:

  1. When you navigate to the church’s giving site, enter the amount you intend to donate and select the fund you are donating toward.
  2. If you are not yet logged into your personal donor account, you’ll be prompted to submit your phone number to receive a new secure access code. If you are logged in, CRISTO+ will automatically send you the new code.
  3. If you have already saved one or more payment methods (debit or credit cards) in your donor account, just choose the one you want to use, click the agreement checkbox, and submit your donation. If you don’t have a payment method saved, you’ll be prompted enter your card information. Our secure “token” system ensures that your information is protected when you click the agreement checkbox and submit your donation.

Making a donation from within your personal donor account:

  1. While logged into your donor account, either click on the Giving tab, or use the Transactions link in the QuickLinks bar, to view your Giving Transactions page.
  2. On the left, above your Recurring Gift History, is a box labeled “Gift Amount $” where you can enter the amount of your donation.
  3. Click the “Give” button, and CRISTO+ will automatically send you a new secure access code for this donation.
  4. Then just follow the same steps in (3.) above.
