What is it?

Administrative Permissions

What does it do?

  • Allows an Account Admin to assign and remove specific levels (View only, Edit, and Full) of administrative permissions for each sidebar menu tab of Cristo+ (People, Giving, etc.).
  •  Provides a way to designate additional Account Admins (with full access to your church’s system).
  • Enables an account Admin to assign permissions for anyone except themself.
  • While creating a new Admin, any person in the church’s database can be validated if they have a unique email and phone number.

How can you use it?

  • Assign limited admin permissions in Giving or People to those handling clerical tasks, while reserving fuller permissions for the Treasurer, Host Pastor, or others.
  • Provide limited permissions for those with specific tasks, such as entering new Sermon videos or updating the Calendar.
  • Separate admin responsibilities from the built-in permissions for Category Coordinators and Group Leaders in Groups & Events.
