Cristo+ Feature
What is it?
Add People (by Admin)
What does it do?
- Allows an Account Admin or People Admin to manually add a person to the church/organization’s database.
- NOTE: Preferred method for adding people is to allow them to create and update their own account online using your unique URL or QR code.
- Provides an alternative way to add people who have not created their own account (see User-created Cristo+ Accounts)
- Provides a way to enter a person of any age into the database without creating a Cristo+ user account (i.e., does not require a unique email and phone number).
- Offers an alternative to importing multiple records (see Import People).
- Unless changed, the person is entered in the database with the default status of “Regular Attender.”
How can you use it?
- Add and track children-under-13 (and others without a unique email and phone number) in your church records.
- Your Connection Team Leader can enter information directly from visitors’ cards into the database.
- Churches and organizations new to Cristo+ may choose to create accounts for staff and team leaders to allow pre-assigning of administrative permissions. (NOTE: Assigning admin permissions to a person requires activating their Cristo+ account with a unique email and phone number).)
