What is it?
Admin-activated user account
What does it do?
- Allows an Account Admin or People Admin to activate the Cristo+ user account of a person already in the church/organization’s database (see Add People-by Admin)
- NOTE: Preferred method for activating user accounts is to allow people to create their own account online using your unique URL or QR code.
- Provides an alternative way to activate accounts for people who have not created their own login (see User-created Cristo+ Accounts)
- Requires the Admin to enter or verify the person’s unique email and phone number.
- The person’s membership status is not changed in this process.
How can you use it?
- Churches and organizations new to Cristo+ may choose to activate user accounts for staff and team leaders to allow pre-assigning of administrative permissions.
- If you imported people’s records from a church management system, you’ll need to activate user accounts for those who require administrative permissions.
